Impact Innovations GmbH, a German company specializing in cold spray technology, has successfully installed more than 100 EvoCSII Cold Spray systems across over 30 countries. These include major markets such as the United States, Germany, China, India, Australia, and South Korea.
The company recorded its strongest quarter in Q2 2025, delivering eight EvoCSII units. These systems are used across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, additive manufacturing, electrical engineering, cookware production, and industrial research. One of the new systems is specifically designed for mobile on-site ship component repair, showcasing the versatility of the technology.
The EvoCSII platform offers high deposition efficiency of up to 99.8% and allows fine control over more than 150 process parameters. This enables reliable performance from research settings to full-scale industrial use. All new systems are now integrated with Impact’s EvoOS control software, which supports 24/7 operation, real-time monitoring, and smart diagnostics for enhanced productivity.
Leonhard Holzgaßner, Co-CEO and Technical Director, said the milestone reflects growing trust in the company’s products and team. According to him, this achievement confirms the global demand for high-performance cold spray systems and the company’s leadership in this technology.
