ZMorph acquired by Polish “deeptech” enterprise Sygnis

Sygnis SA has acquired a majority stake in ZMorph SA. ZMorph will function as a definite subsidiary of the Sygnis Group. The acquisition was formalized on the twenty ninth of July 2022.
