Roboze, an Italian industrial 3D printer manufacturer, has expanded its presence in Europe through a partnership with Neofab, a 3D printing consultancy business based in Le Mans, France.
This strategic collaboration aims to address the growing demand for additive manufacturing production in France, using Roboze’s high-temperature 3D printing technology. Guillaume Coudreuse, Web Marketing Project Manager at Neofab said, “Today in France, there is a real demand for high-temperature 3D printing. But it is not easy to find a reliable and efficient technology in such a chaos of information and solutions in the 3D printing market.”
“In Roboze we have found the right answer to this need and, together, we will lead our customers towards superpolymers and composite materials 3D printing.”
Superpolymers “strong like metal”
Founded in 2014, Roboze develops high-temperature FFF/FDM 3D printers and advanced thermoplastic polymers. Referred to as “superpolymers,” Roboze’s materials, i.e., Carbon PEEK and Carbon PA, are said to exhibit the mechanical properties of parts made by metal (hence its slogan “Strong like metal”).
Last month, the company’s One+400 3D printer was selected by CNH Industrial, one of the world’s largest capital goods companies to help automotive client Iveco. This system was installed at Iveco’s assembly plant in Suzzara, Northern Italy. Prior to this, Roboze also unveiled its new headquarters in Bari, Southern Italy.
Coudreuse added, “Offering the opportunity to 3D print functional and finished components with high-temperature super polymers and composite materials in sectors like aerospace, motorsport, and manufacturing in general, can definitely create concrete advantages for the technological change of the French companies.”
“This is the goal we’ve always aimed for and I am sure that with Roboze we will achieve it.”
Neofab is part of HAVA3D Group, who has been recognized since 2013 as the French specialist and national leader for the distribution and commercialization of additive manufacturing solutions.
Milan Open Day
Later this month Roboze, in partnership with Selltek, an authorized reseller, will showcase its range of FFF 3D printers at an Open Day in Milan. This event takes place on March 12th, at Italiana Hotels Milan Rho Fair.
