The Spain-based multinational signs sales contracts with new partners in the United States (Accufacture LLC), Argentina (Tecmahe), Italy (Wire Trading srl), and Spain (DPR Automatismos) to increase the presence of the Meltio Engine CNC and Robot Integration as well as the Meltio M450 metal 3D printer in different industries.

Meltio, a disruptive laser metal deposition technology manufacturer today announced four new partners to expand its world wide sales network to meet the growing demand for its wire-laser metal 3D printing solutions. The Spain-based multinational signs contracts with new resellers in the United States, Argentina, Italy, and Spain to increase the presence of the Meltio Engine CNC Integration; the Meltio Engine Robot Integration, and the Meltio M450 metal 3D printer in different industries.

The new Meltio partners are Accufacture LLC (US); Tecmahe (Argentina), Wiretradingsrl (Italy), and DPR Automatismos, in Spain.

Accufacture LLC is going to play a key role in the distribution and support of the Meltio metal 3D printing solutions in the Mid west region of the United States, as an official sales partner and certified system integrator.

Meltio offers a pioneering metal 3D printing solution that enables industrial applications with a process built around welding wire, the safest, cleanest, and most affordable metal feed stock in the market.

Michael Humphrey, Sales Manager for North America at Meltio says: “We are thrilled to be working with companies like Accufacture as their expertise as well as customer-centric approach are exactly what we are looking for when incorporating partners in the Meltio partner ecosystem. Together, we will be able to cater to the ever-growing needs of the Mid west market for, and ease the ad option of metal additive manufacturing.”

Accufacture LLC will focus on building a supportive ecosystem for Meltio’s technology in the Mid west territory specializing in integrating the Meltio Engine with Fanuc robot arms.

Wire trading will focus on building a supportive ecosystem for Meltio’s technology in the Italy territory partnering and driving business opportunities along side technology centers, tooling machine companies, robotic integrators, academia, and industry. This Italian partner will attend the Mecspeshow (29-31 March 2023) and will show there in exclusivity the Meltio solutions.

In Spain, just 40 kilometers from Barcelona, Meltio has signed with DPR Automatismos to become the second official integrator of Meltio Engine technology for metal additive manufacturing with a robotic arm for Spain and Portugal. This agreement has been materialized through Sicnova, Meltio’s official sales partner in the Iberian Peninsula.

DPR Automatismos offers its customers a comprehensive service when automating any industrial process, and, from no won, it will do so through Meltio’s technological solution for metal parts, specifically with the integration of the Meltio Engine module for robotic arm, whichallowsbreakingthetraditionalmanufacturingvolumebarriersassociatedwith metal 3D printing.

With this technological solution, large metal parts can be produced, since the printing volume limitis set by the dimensions of the robotic arm itself, which are muchlarger than those of any typical metal 3D printer. Tecmahe is going to play a key role in the distribution and support of the Meltio metal 3D printing solutions in the Argentine market, as an official sales partner.
