Following on from the purchase last year of a substantial industrial property adjacent to its Leicestershire headquarters, Matsuura has announced it will open its new Additive Manufacturing Centre at an exclusive launch event.

The event will take place on 10th, 11th and 12th of May 2022.
The additional premises, covering 1 acre, possesses 11,500ft2 of space, consisting of a large showroom, substantial office space, stores and loading bay. The building has been completely refurbished, and substantial infrastructure installed to accommodate the full range of our 3D printing portfolio from Lumex, HP, Desktop Metal, ETEC and DyeMansion.
Matsuura UK aims to be the only AM centre of excellence in the UK where you can see the entire workflow experience in any material – from concept to component, in one venue, live.
Speaking of this important milestone for Matsuura UK, managing director Roger Howkins said: “This investment is in recognition of our phenomenal growth in AM over the past three years and reflects our projected future success in the important and expanding 3D manufacturing sector.
