DyeMansion, global leader of additive manufacturing finishing systems appoints Matsuura Machinery Ltd. as first authorized reseller of HP Multi Jet Fusion and DyeMansion technology.

Matsuura is the first authorized reseller of both – HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D-printers and DyeMansion finishing systems in the UK.

“Our association with DyeMansion completes our technical offer to the UK market in 3D printing – any shape, any size and now any color, making us the one stop applications and products specialist for companies investing in UK plastics additive manufacturing.”, comments Roger Howkins, Managing Director at Matsuura Machinery Ltd.

From now on, all customers in the UK that consider manufacturing with 3D-printing technologies have the possibility to get consulting, testing and benchmarking services from Matsuura in Leicestershire. The showroom that was already equipped with the HP 4200 machine along with the processing station, will now be completed with the three-stage DyeMansion Print-to-Product workflow, consisting of the systems DyeMansion Powershot C, DyeMansion Powershot S and DyeMansion DM60.

FINISHING SOULTIONS FOR HIGH-VALUE & HIGH-VOLUME AM APPLICATIONS
DyeMansion technology starts where the industrial 3D-printer stops and delivers an automated end-to-end finishing solutions for high-volume AM applications of highvalue. Starting with a damage-preventive part cleaning solution that takes around 10 minutes, the risk of burns or scratches is excluded and the part perfectly prepared for further finishing steps. Step two is about surfacing.

PolyShot Surfacing (PSS) technology delivers a homogeneous surface quality, transforming rough, sensitive print into long-lasting, scratch resistant finished products.

The third step is the coloring– with over 170 RAL colors available and the ability to customize colors to achieve corporate colors. The completely automated, safe and repeatable process is a last step in order to get the high-value finished part.

“We are glad to announce our partnership with Matsuura and welcome the team. Supplying them not only with our technology, but also with the appropriate training and consulting knowledge, we are sure that the partnership will be beneficial for all three sides, Matsuura, DyeMansion and above all, for the existing and future customers.”, says Greg Gracki, Sales Partner Manager at DyeMansion.

DyeMansion is expanding their business and is currently looking for partners that would like to represent their leading Print to Product finishing technology.
