CORE Industrial Partners (“CORE”), a manufacturing, industrial technology, and industrial services-focused private equity firm, announced today the acquisition of GoProto (“GoProto” or the “Company”), a provider of custom manufacturing services with a comprehensive suite of both additive and traditional manufacturing technologies. The acquisition combines GoProto with CORE portfolio company RE3DTECH to form an additive manufacturing platform focused on production parts utilizing Industry 4.0 capabilities.

GoProto offers a broad assortment of additive manufacturing technologies, primarily focusing on multi-jet fusion, fused deposition modeling, selective laser sintering, stereolithography, and polyjet printing. The Company serves a diverse customer base across the medical, electronics, consumer, automotive, aerospace and defense, automation and industrial end markets, among others. GoProto specializes in additive manufacturing services, utilizing numerous in-house technologies to manufacture production-grade parts. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in San Diego, CA, GoProto has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies and holds ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 certifications as well as an ITAR registration.
