Trackit minimizes effort and maximizes productivity at every stage of the scanning process. Its intelligent optical tracking technology lets you skip time-consuming marker placement on objects by accurately tracking the scanner’s spatial movement as you scan.

Scan accuracy is guaranteed in any operating environment, thanks to Trackit’s automated gimbal calibration system. This system further enhances efficiency by allowing calibration in just 25 minutes, which is up to 50% faster than other optical tracking systems requiring manual calibration. Trackit’s one-piece carbon fiber frame also prevents errors caused by shifting markers and deformation from impacts or rough transportation.

Dual Scanning Modes for Diverse Applications

The Trackit’s dual-mode scanning mode meets various scanning needs with high efficiency and accuracy. Offering 30 blue laser cross-lines for rapidly capturing surface areas, including dark and shiny ones, and a powerful single-line mode for deep holes and crevices.

Efficiently obtaining accurate dimensions from irregular parts is a common headache in reverse engineering. Mechanical engineer Johnathan Mitchelson no longer has to worry about it, thanks to using Trackit to overcome those constraints.

From intricate coins to entire automobiles, Trackit delivers solid accuracy across a wide range of object sizes. Its marker-free scans’ volumetric accuracy of 0.025mm + 0.04mm x L(m) ensures reliable measurements regardless of the workpiece’s dimensions.
