Al Seer Marine is starting the world largest robotic printing system in December this year. The demand is overwhelming. Al Seer Marine is planning to operate the machinery in several shifts to fulfill the requests received from UAE and international clients.
The strategic good location in Abu Dhabi gives customers the opportunity to receive printed parts with a size of up to 36m length via sea-freight in a comparable short time. Beside customers from Marine Industry – which are asking mainly for 3D-printed molds -there are many clients from other Industries as well, like Automotive Industry for printed tools and parts for robots, self-driving car components and battery housings, were often high-quality composite or carbon material layering is required as well, which can be provided by Al Seer Marine Boatbuilding team. Even clients from Art- and Design Industry sent requests for “Made in UAE” high-end 3D printed products. The company is filling the gap of Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing opportunities in the MENA Region and international, where the waiting time for free printing capacities becomes longer and longer.
Therefore, Al Seer Marine is expecting to utilize the Machinery by at least 32% in 2023 and up to 91% in 2027 with an estimated turnover of more than 30 Mio AED per year. This is a significant part of the worldwide available Large-Scale-3D-Print capacity. Al Seer Marine is focusing not only on Marine Industry but also on Aerospace customers.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is one of the largest markets in the world for aerospace and civil and military aircraft, with robust demand for aircraft equipment, parts and services. The global Aerospace 3D Printing market size was valued at USD 1.98 Billion in 2021 growing at the CAGR of 19.99% from 2022 to 2032.
