SAMA lends their support as Association Partner to AMTech.

Shanghai Additive Manufacturing Association (SAMA) will be lending their support as Association partner for AMTech. This is a first step taken by both Indian 3D Printing Network (I3DPn) and SAMA to foster growth and networking between the Additive Manufacturing ecosystem in China and India. AMTech organised by I3DPn will be held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre at Mumbai from 11-12 December 2019 and is India’s only dedicated Additive Manufacturing Tradeshow.

“We are developing relationships with AM workgroups and associations across the world to foster idea exchange and networking to build a better AM ecosystem in India and make AMTech a truly international show. We are happy to work with the Shanghai Additive Manufacturing Association” states Aditya Chandavarkar, Co-Founder, I3DPn.

“SAMA is the first international official 3D Printing organization in China and were the only 3d printing representative in the 17thGeneral Conference held by United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). We also have representation in India which we believe is growing potential market. We wish to strength the cooperation with India in the future” states Emily Yu, Director of International department, SAMA.


Now in its 5th year, AMTech will be a dedicated AM event attracting over 5000 visitors. AMTech will also host the one day AM Business Forum, an ideal ecosystem for learning, knowledge sharing and networking. The main focus will be to provide latest market trends, developments and present business cases from the areas of automotive engineering, tooling, DFAM, healthcare, dental and metal additive manufacturing.
