Simpliforge Creations, a provider of additive manufacturing solutions, unveiled a Robotic Construction 3D Printer.
The printer, was unveiled at Charvitha Meadows, a gated community villa in Siddipet, by Health and Finance Minister T Harish Rao.

Landscape features, furniture, monuments, and wall façades, among other things, can be printed on full-scale civil structures using the 3D printer. Simpliforge’s patented construction material Simplicrete is capable of working with environmentally friendly materials such as geopolymers and clay. The construction industry is benefiting from additive manufacturing’s advantages of reduced waste, shortened supply chains, efficient resource utilisation, and decentralised manufacturing, according to the company.
The business will print a lot of artistic pieces for its Sanjeevani Park, which will be India’s first park of its kind, at the meadows. The business will add new avenues to the start-up cluture of India and also motivate the other similar entrepreneurs to build a business around 3D printing. Addtioanlly, the business is one of the kind with regard to the 3D construction printing started by start up.
According to Simpliforge Creations founder and CEO Amit Ghule mentioned that the current 3D printer can construct structures up to 7 metres in length, making it India’s and the entire South Asian region’s largest Robotic Concrete 3D Printer. In addition, the printer’s range can be expanded as needed. Designers and project developers alike will appreciate the design diversity and freedom provided by the robotic concrete 3D printer, which is also easier to deploy at project sites than gantry style printers.
