Taiwanese DLP printer and resin manufacturer, MiiCraft, has announced the Advance/Profession series, a new line of 3D printers featuring 4K resolution projectors.

MiiCraft’s latest range of 3D printers is particularly suited for precision manufacturing and are ideal for dental applications and use in the jewelry industry.

MiiCraft Advance/Profession DLP printers

MiiCraft is known for its Ultra series DLP printers. In addition to industrial and dental applications, MiiCraft Ultra series printers have also been used in research.

MiiCraft has now released four new DLP printers, Advance 255, Advance 205, Profession 250, Profession 120. The Advance 255 has the largest build volume in the series and can manufacture 50 dental arches in one print. The printing speed of MiiCraft’s latest innovation is 20 mm per hour on the z-axis.

Two of the DLP in the series, the Profession 250 and Profession 120, are equipped with a 4K HD projector, whereas Advance 255 and Advance 205 have a dual 1080 projector. The XY resolution of the printers ranges between 30-125 microns with Profession 120 being the most precise.

In addition to this, the DLP printers come with ‘Utility’, MiiCraft’s slicing software. The Utility software makes the 3D printing experience more streamlined for novice users as it has automated settings such as automated build plate packing and pre-defined printing profiles.

Advanced users can take advantage of custom settings to use features like shrinkage control and anti-aliasing.
