ENERZI develops India’s First Binderjet Printer with Processing Furnace for Metals, Ceramics, Polymers and Composite powder materials. Enerzi Microwave Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company based out of Belagavi, India.

ENERZI has been innovating cutting edge material processing systems, since 2007 and has been recognised for its innovative spirit, time and again. Built on the vast experience of working with a variety of engineering materials, ENPRINT ALPHA is the first variant in a series of Binder-jet 3D Printers that the company plans to launch subsequently.

ENERZI has been building and delivering State-of-the-Art Microwave Assisted Sintering furnaces for powder metal and ceramic parts for over a decade now and with the development of the ENPRINT ALPHA, Enerzi is at the cusp of setting a new milestone towards economical Metal 3D Printing in India.

ENPRINT ALPHA is a Binder Jet 3D Printer with an atmosphere controlled Advanced Microwave Assisted High Temperature Furnace. It is currently being optimised for Steel Powders and very soon it will be ready for a variety of powders including Titanium and special alloys, Ceramics, polymers and composite powders. The system can print and sinter parts of size up to 180 x 180 x 180 mm and soon bigger size machines are in pipeline.

ENPRINT ALPHA will hit the Indian market by July 2020 and soon after that Enerzi plans to roll out more variants of the system.
