Ace Micromatic Group to Showcase Large Format Laser Powder Bed Fusion Machine “STLR 400” at IMTEX 2023

amace solutions, additive manufacturing wing of Ace Micromatic group is showcasing large format laser powder bed fusion machine “STLR 400” at the IMTEX 2023. The machine is having an 410/410/450mm build volume and 1Kw laser power along with various other patented features.

IMTEX 2023 the biggest machine tool exhibition India, is finally here and the entire machine tool community is gearing up for it. The excitement is high this year especially because IMTEX Metal cutting is happening after a long 4 year break due to COVID 19. Ace Micromatic Group, India’s Largest Machine tool Conglomerate is coming to IMTEX all guns blazing!

Ace Micromatic Group will be exhibiting its latest offerings in the metal cutting space which includes its range of turning, milling and grinding machines from its principle companies Ace Designers, AMS and Micromatic grinding respectively. But this time there is more, Ace Micromatic group’s additive manufacturing wing, amace Solutions which has been a Pioneer in the Indian additive manufacturing space, is all set to set steal the show with Its large format Laser Powder Bed fusion machine the STLR 400.

Amace Solutions’s STLR 400 which a features 410/410/450mm build volume , dual full scan field lasers with a whopping 1Kw laser power each and many unique, patented features, will be showcased for the first time in a public event at IMTEX this year and can be witnessed at the Ace Micromatic group pavilion in Hall 5. Along with Live printing that will be happening on the machine on all days of the expo, multiple Industry specific case studies of AM applications is also expected to be displayed.

Since its introduction to the market in late 2020, the STLR 400 has garnered great response from the market with many key industrial players showing keen interest in the machine, further due to its higher production capabilities and high degree of indigenization, many government institutes have also expressed their interest in partnering with Amace solutions. The feature loaded, productivity oriented but light on the pocket approach by the Amace STLR 400 is expected to bring in a paradigm shift in the adoption of Additive manufacturing in India.
