Nano Dimension Acquires Admatec and Formatec

Nano Dimension Ltd. announced that it has signed and closed a definitive agreement to acquire Formatec Holding B.V (“Admatec/Formatec”), which includes its two subsidiaries – Admatec Europe B.V. (“Admatec”) and Formatec Technical Ceramics B.V. (“Formatec”).

Key Industry stakeholders to converge at regions first Metal Additive Manufacturing Symposium

The Metal Additive Manufacturing Symposium (MAMS) to be hosted in Bengaluru on the 27-28th July 2022 at the Taj Vivanta Yeswanthpur will be the first event of its kind in the region including India, APAC and Middle east.

MAMS 2022 will bring together the key stakeholders and decision makers in the area of metal additive manufacturing from industry, defence establishments, government labs and research institutions.
