Incredible 3D Reaches Milestone with Over 3,000 Patient-Specific Implants in India

Incredible 3D celebrated a significant achievement by successfully producing over 3,000 patient-specific 3D-printed implants. Since its inception in 2018, the company has emerged as a leader in 3D metal printing for medical applications in India and Southeast Asia, specializing in the creation of medical implants, cutting guides, and bio-models.

Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Pune, which adheres to Indian FDA standards, Incredible 3D consistently invests in advanced technology to maintain its superior 3D metal printing capabilities. The company holds ISO 9001 and 13485 certifications, reflecting its commitment to quality and innovation in medical product development.

A key differentiator for Incredible 3D is its rigorous validation process for machinery, materials, and final products, ensuring top-notch quality for every implant. Their product portfolio includes the ULTIFIT range for patient-specific cranial implants, CONFIDENCE for maxillofacial and mandible implants, and LIMBSAL ORTHO for orthopedic implants. They have pioneered complex patient-specific implants for various surgeries, including those for the sternum, shoulder, elbow, and scapula.

Incredible 3D collaborates with nearly 1,000 surgeons and has connections with over 2,000 across India. The company operates in more than 50 cities, supported by close to 50 distributors, strengthening its industry leadership. By partnering with hospitals and surgeons, they continuously enhance their products for better fit, aesthetics, and functionality.

The production process at Incredible 3D utilizes biocompatible materials such as Ti6AI4V ELI alloy, PEEK, and PMMA, conducted in a class 10,000 cleanroom environment. Regular validation and calibration of equipment in a NABL-accredited laboratory ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Additionally, Incredible 3D emphasizes comprehensive data traceability from the first to the latest implant. By storing powder capsules and tensile bar samples for each implant, they maintain meticulous records for quality assurance and future reference.
